The winner of this category will have played a notable role in helping to improve the future of the postal industry.

This category recognises a postal organisation that has had a great year within the sector. The companies that triumph in this category are leading the way in terms of innovative technologies and services. They work hard on improving customer service and enhancing their offering to better meet the needs of their clients.
