DHL eCommerce, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL, has contracted logistics management solution FarEye to optimize the carrier’s resources and facilitate real-time alerts and smart analytics for customer deliveries.
As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, FarEye is easily integrated with existing systems and provides DHL eCommerce with the flexibility to scale-up and down depending on demand levels, enabling the carrier to quickly adapt to any working environment. The result is smart analytics for operators and real-time alerts for customers, helping to make parcel shop operations more efficient with complete visibility.
